Tips on caring for your fresh flowers

 

For flowers just delivered to you, please follow these steps to keep them looking fresh.

​

• Keep fresh flowers away from drafts and extreme temperatures, these can quickly dry out the flowers and cause wilting.​

​

• Placing flower arrangements on windowsills and other areas with full sun where flowers can cause overheating and wilt flowers.

​

• Many flower types will last longer under cool conditions.

​

• Keep your vase filled with water! All flower and foliage stems should be submerged.

​

• Remove dead or wilting leaves and stems from fresh flower arrangements.

​

• When the water gets cloudy it’s time to replace the water.

  • When replacing the water, please remove any dead flowers or foliage.​
